An Article:”Walking While Black”

This is a must read. So beautifully written are the words that describe the prejudice and racism ingrained in American culture. I said for years while growing up that racism was dead – I have learned how wrong I was; I simply did not see it because I was not the target. We must open our eyes, and more than that we must speak out against it and act in love to stop it. We must treat each person with dignity as their God given right, not something they must prove or earn. I pray that God is continuing to open our eyes to both the problem and pouring His wisdom into us so that we may act to stop it. ‪#‎Dallasproject‬ ‪#‎AltonSterling‬ ‪#‎blacklivesmatter‬
